Reports.

You can either configure the statistics system in ICS CUBE manually, or use built-in reports. They all can be seen in the “Users and statistics” menu - “Reports” module.

Every report is a structure of graphics and numbers, displaying information for any time period. All reports are generated from the information for the chosen period – a day, a week, a month or any other time span that you specify. By default ICS CUBE shows you the numbers for the current day.

Overall report.

Here you can see a general information about user traffic:

  • Top 5 users - users with the highest total traffic for the period with percentage of the total traffic of all users
  • Top 5 ip-addresses and domains - the most requested sites
  • Top 5 mime-types - the most common types of requested data
  • Top 5 destinations - the most common request destinations - address range
  • Top 5 protocols - the most common connection protocols
  • Hours - hourly statistics for the period

Field for specifying group of users for which the report will be built is located on the left side of the tab. By default this is the root user group.

Traffic categories.

This tab displays a summary of traffic grouped by traffic categories. Under the chart with the five most common categories, you can see a detailed report for all requested categories.

User activity.

This tab displays pages loaded by users. Field for specifying group of users on which the report will be built is located on the left side of the tab. By default this is the root user group. If necessary, you can save the report data to a file by clicking the “Export” button.

Search feed.

This tab displays user searches. Field for specifying group of users on which the report will be built is located on the left side of tab. By default this is the root user group. If necessary, you can save the report data to a file by clicking the “Export” button.

By traffic.

This tab displays the amount of incoming and outgoing user traffic. If necessary, you can save the report data to a file by clicking the “Export” button.

Top 5 domains.

This tab displays user traffic, grouped by IP-addresses and domains. Under the address summary, you can see a brief summary of the users requesting each address. If necessary, you can save the report data to a file by clicking the “Export” button.

Top 5 users.

This tab displays a brief summary of incoming and outgoing user traffic. Under the summary, you can see a brief description of the IP-addresses and domains requested by each user. If necessary, you can save the report data to a file by clicking the “Export” button.
